On Saturday August 1st, a rather special day of testing the Savage took place in partnership with Captain Wild, an outdoor sports travel agency.
The transition from an EN-B to an EN-C can sometimes raise many questions from the pilots, so Captain Wild has concocted a very great training course.
Coached by Joël Favre, an instructor from Annecy specialized in cross-country courses, the participants had the chance to test our new Savage in optimal conditions.
Everybody met at Semnoz for a presentation of the glider and the specifics of piloting high-performance EN-C, followed by a first glimpse of the glider playing on the ground and a small discovery flight.
Back to take off, the thermal activity is in place and the group, coached by Joël, gathers a few hours of flight by going towards The Revard.
Once landed, everyone gets together for a tour of Supair's workshops to end the day in style.
In the end, pilots happy to have discovered our Savage under these conditions and a validated training concept, an experience that we will soon repeat on another theme!
